Based in Canada, Malcolm is responsible for leading TELUS International's Client Services team focused on its internal customer, TELUS. This group is responsible for building strong foundations and spearheading clear communication and transparency between TELUS International and their colleagues in TELUS, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction for all TELUS customers.

Malcolm started with TELUS in 1991 and comes to TELUS International from the Mergers and Acquisitions team in TELUS Finance. Malcolm brings over 18 years of diverse experience including Network Design, Customer Care and Delivery, Corporate Strategic Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions. His knowledge of TELUS and TELUS International's strategy is complemented by his strong background in leadership, negotiation, communication and business development.

Malcolm holds a Masters in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. He is a certified professional in Project Management and has attended the Harvard School of Business.
