As Vice-President, Business Transformation and Technology Operations, Paul's focus is on building, maintaining and continuously improving the technology frameworks and operational processes that support our teams in every region to deliver best-in-class service to TELUS International’s customers. Paul and his team are responsible for Technology Strategy and Operations, Security and Business Continuity, Process Intelligence, Workforce Management, Customer Experience, Learning Services and Business Intelligence globally. Working with a team of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds to deliver a consistent customer experience across all sites, countries and regions, makes this position challenging and rewarding.

Paul joined TELUS in 1993 and has held a series of technology, operational and project leadership roles in Canada and abroad. During his tenure, Paul has lived and worked throughout Southeast Asia including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, India and the Philippines. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada.
