Vice President Contact Center Operations

As Vice President Contact Center operations for TELUS International, Paul is responsible for ensuring that the highest possible quality of service is provided to all our customers on a day to day basis. Paul supports Contact Center operations across the enterprise in direct operations and support services which includes workforce management, quality management, continuous improvement and training. In addition to Contact Center services Paul also has accountability for the delivery of TELUS International's Application Management and Infrastructure Technology Services line of business.

Paul graduated with a B. Sc. in computer sciences from Simon Frazer University in 1989, and has worked in the IT industry ever since. He has a broad range of professional experience in technical support, application development, technical management, account management, service management, project/program management, technology strategy and Call Center operations. Paul joined TELUS in 1992, and transferred to TELUS International in 2000 as Senior Project Manager for our delivery of services to Standard Chartered Bank in Asia. Paul was been based in Manila, Philippines since 2005.
