Call Records Purchase Agreement (CRPA): with a CRPA you will be assumed of your monthly cash flow, while reducing your collections risks and administrative work. TELUS will purchase your call records and settle with LECs and remit the taxes.

Record Enhancement Services: A suite of services that ensure billing records are appropriately formatted prior to submission to the Biller, thereby maximizing the revenue you collect. Record Enhancement Services can provide:

Analysis and Reporting: Standard and custom reporting of record status, call detail call patterns, fraud levels, and trend analysis support your business decision-making.

Toll Free per Call Compensation: TELUS will act as an agent for Payphone Providers to purchase tariffed Payphone Per Call Toll-Free Reports and conduct billing and collection of compensation for toll-free messages initiated from their payphones.
