Collect, North American Directory Assistance and General Operator Support services are available across Canada, and the United States for global carriers. The service is supported by a fully-automated collect platform and 24x7 live operator and directory assistance. Service options include an automated English/French Interactive Voice Response (IVR) collect platform and live operator support; real time Billed Number Screening (BNS) and Line Information Database (LIDB) screening.
