I am a strong advocate for compassionate and collaborative leadership, and believe that fostering environments that enable people to share knowledge and experiences is essential to helping customers tackle major challenges.

As Chief Transformation Officer for TELUS International, I’m dedicated to the ongoing development and delivery of integrated transformation, digital, CX and analytics solutions for our company’s more than 600 global clients.

I bring with me more than 25 years of experience to the role, having held senior leadership positions in increasingly large and complex U.S. government agencies, non-profit and private sector organizations. Most recently, I served as the Global Head of Digital Transformation at Atos, an information technology service and consulting company specializing in high-tech transactional services, unified communications, cloud, big data and cybersecurity services.

One of the greatest rewards of my position is the ability to mentor other professional young women as they navigate a successful career path in the technology field. I’m active in the ‘Women & Hi Tech’ organization whose mission is to change the landscape of women represented in STEM to be equally inclusive to all. I also regularly speak at events on the topic of diversity, equality and inclusion.
