As the COO of TELUS International, I am humbled to be part of a company that shares my values. It's a privilege to work with such a proven and admired Operations team serving a great complement of global clients.
I started in this industry as an inbound customer service representative almost 30 years ago, and since then have accumulated more than 25 years’ experience as an operations leader, overseeing and managing a broad range of complex initiatives and companies. Prior to joining TELUS International in 2017, I was responsible for large customer support operations and client-facing teams at companies that included TeleTech, BlackBerry, Convergys and Xerox.
I remain an active volunteer in my community, lending my time to a variety of non-profit organizations. Likewise, TELUS International’s ‘we give where we live’ philosophy truly inspires, and I have enjoyed opportunities to participate in our TELUS Days of Giving, and other CSR events across the globe.
I grew up in Denver, Colorado where I spent much of my career. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Metropolitan State College of Denver and a Masters in Organizational Management and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
At present, I live with my wife near Dallas, Texas and we have two grown children. In addition to faith, family and career, I have a passion for triathlons and compete in events whenever possible.
