As SVP of AI Data Solutions at TELUS International (former President of Lionbridge AI acquired in 2020), I’m honored to be part of such an inspiring and experienced leadership team to bring together leading digital customer experiences and artificial intelligence innovation for companies around the world.

I believe that advances driven by artificial intelligence in technology, healthcare and other industries have the potential to improve lives by changing the way and pace of change for the products and services that we interact with every day. I have the privilege of working with the most talented team and the most sophisticated customers to help fuel this change.

Prior to TELUS International, I was the Executive Vice-President of Merchant Services Americas at American Express, where I transformed credit card acceptance across 19 countries by launching new business offerings and products to drive record revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Throughout my career, I’ve held numerous senior leadership roles including Global Head of Product Management and Development for Thomson Reuters, co-founder of ZEFER, and various management consulting positions.

I currently live in Far Hills, New Jersey with my family and hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada. I look forward to bringing tremendous value to TELUS International’s end-to-end portfolio of digital solutions, including the ability to make AI systems even smarter for better outcomes.
