Founder & CEO, Xavient Digital

As Founder and CEO of Xavient (now Xavient Digital - powered by TELUS International), a global IT consulting and next-gen software services company created in 2003, I strive to raise the bar when it comes to our company’s values, ethics, culture and successful customer engagements.

Our global teams are inspired and committed to delivering customer service excellence by revolutionizing the technology landscape to create innovative and delightful solutions that amplify our clients’ performance and provide seamless services to their customers.

Xavient Digital provides highly sought-after IT services and solutions that include UI/UX, Open Source, Cloud, OTT, IoT, Big Data, DevOps, and automation and digitization, and we have a growing partner list that includes many Fortune 200 clients, including four of the five top Cable Service Providers in the U.S.

Powered by TELUS International’s robust global infrastructure and footprint across 10 countries, and their comprehensive suite of customer experience service offerings, we have become a stronger force in the marketplace.

As part of the TELUS International team, I help drive innovation in the digital and IT services market to provide new go-to-market opportunities that support the growth and evolution of existing and prospective clients.

I was born in the heart of Silicon Valley in Cupertino, California, and attended the University of Southern California. Currently I serve on the Board of Councilors at the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. I am also involved in several Silicon Valley and Los Angeles-based high-tech companies in advisory roles, reflecting my 20+ years of experience in the industry.
