As CFO for TELUS International, I’m thrilled to be part of such a growing and dynamic company on the leading edge of customer experience and digital innovation.

Joining TELUS International in 2020, I was attracted to the company’s commitment to putting customers first while investing in the global communities where we live, work and serve. TELUS International’s caring culture is truly inspirational.

Prior to TELUS International, I held progressive roles over a 16-year period at Mitel, eventually becoming CFO where I was responsible for Mitel’s global finance operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, planning and analysis, and reporting. Before that, I was with PwC’s assurance and business advisory practice.

As sources of pride, in 2021, I was deeply honored to be named CFO of the Year by the Ottawa Board of Trade and the Ottawa Business Journal. In 2020, I was a finalist for the Ottawa Businesswoman of the Year Award, and in 2017, I was awarded a Top 40 under 40 Business Award by the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce and the Ottawa Business Journal.

I live in Ottawa, Ontario, with my husband and two children. I am active in my local community, volunteering my time with organizations such as the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, and currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Hospital Foundation. I also serve on the Board of Directors and as the Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee for Thorn, a not-for-profit organization with a mission to eliminate child sexual abuse materials from the internet.

Most recently, in 2022, I was appointed to the Board of Directors for Manulife Financial Corporation, a leading international financial services provider, as part of the Board's Audit Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.

I look forward to continuing to support TELUS International’s strong financial foundation and driving profitability that will always put our team members, customers and communities first.
