My professional career started in accounting and corporate finance at PwC and Ernst & Young – a natural fit given my Masters in Accounting Audit from Toulouse Business School and my Chartered Accountant certification by ACCA. But my finance career soon took a 180 degree turn.

After graduating from INSEAD with my MBA, my entrepreneurial spirit took over and I was inspired to start my own company in 2004 called Call Point New Europe – now TELUS International Europe. The company was founded in a small, crumbling office near the Central Bank in Sofia with no more than 15 people. Zoom forward to today; TELUS International Europe now stands at 7 delivery centers across Romania, Bulgaria, and the UK, and is now home to over 3,500 of our best multilingual team members who speak over 30 languages.

With such expansion and growth, I’m proud to say that our entrepreneurial spirit continues as part of the TELUS International family. Our “agile thinking” value proposition differentiates us from our EMEA competitors confirming our commitment to innovative BPO and ITO solutions grounded in operational excellence.

As Vice-Chairman of the Board of TELUS International Europe (and formerly President of TELUS International Europe), one of the largest BPO operators in Eastern Europe, I am committed to the development of a sustainable contact center and IT outsourcing industry in Romania and Bulgaria, supported by local government and new investors to the region. Our recent accolades include Best Business Growth from the French-Romania Chamber of Commerce as well as a Social Responsibility Award from the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum in recognition of our caring culture.
