Why the Philippines?

Long considered the most westernized of Asian countries, the Philippines offers inexpensive labor costs, a highly-skilled workforce proficient in American-style English (a national English proficiency rating of 92.5%) and a constant stream of college-educated graduates entering the workforce. The country’s high literacy rate of 92.6% puts it on par with developed countries such as the United States. Importantly, Filipinos are known for their warmth and patience, including their high degree of empathy. This makes the Philippines one of the top global outsourcing locations (ranked no. 2 according to Cushman & Wakefield’s BPO location index).

Our five PCI certified centers are strategically located in highly accessible areas for our team members and clients. Locations include Makati City, Quezon City, Pasig City and Taguig City. 24/7 Security is provided to our team members and clients with state-of-the-art CCTV cameras and onsite guards. And our robust business continuity protocols assure that our clients’ businesses will remain running.
